Options(required): |
| Note:
Projection options below for Project To Month,
Year
and Average Annual Salary Increase Assumption
allow you to specify the assumed average annual increase in salary over time up to the Project To Month/Year. Factors to consider here are noted in the Help Section.
The Organization Size Parameter provides the ability to specify a particular segment of comparison Organizations in terms of the level of employment. It is important to note that the majority of differences in Total Compensation with respect to Organization Size is in the area of Non Direct Pay or Benefits. Direct Compensation(Wages and Salary including Incentive Pay) are much less affected by Organization Size in most cases. Since Organizations of all sizes compete in the same labor market in a given Geographic Area for most jobs it is recommended that the All Sizes option be considered for jobs that are not recruited for on a Regional or National Basis.
The Regional Career Occupation Group Report Type will also include three(3) additional Forecast Dates with projections with a layout similar to that found in CompGeo Online Professional Report Options. Each additional Regional Career Occupation
Group Report Forecast Date will be in one year increments above selected initial Projection Date below. |
