The Organization Size Parameter provides the ability to specify a particular segment of comparison Organizations in terms of the level of employment. It is important to note that the majority of differences in Total Compensation with respect to Organization Size is in the area of Non Direct Pay or Benefits. Direct Compensation(Wages and Salary including Incentive Pay) are much less affected by Organization Size in most cases. Since Organizations of all sizes compete in the same labor market in a given Geographic Area for most jobs it is recommended that the All Sizes option be considered for jobs that are not recruited for on a Regional or National Basis.
The Regional Career Occupation Group Report Type will also include three(3) additional Forecast Dates with projections with a layout similar to that found in CompGeo Online Professional Report Options. Each additional Regional Career Occupation
Group Report Forecast Date will be in one year increments above selected initial Projection Date below. |

the survey results. The Years In Job adjustment should reflect the time anticipated in the job as of the Forecast Month and Year. Special Competencies Critical to Job Performance are those which may not be normally associated with the position and/or may be used to indicate an area of specialization. Special Competencies indicated should be essential to successful job performance.
